NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion University Football opens the 2026 campaign at home against Norfolk State at 6 p.m. on ESPN+ before traveling to Virginia Tech to take on the Hokies at noon on The CW, the Sun Belt Conference announced on Wednesday.
The Monarchs host NSU to open the season on Saturday, Sept. 5, before heading to Blacksburg to take on the Hokies on Saturday, Sept. 12.
ODU returns home on Saturday, Sept. 19 to host East Carolina at 6 p.m. on ESPN+.
Also announced was ODU’s Thursday night game against Georgia Southern, which will kick off on October 15 at 7:30 p.m. on ESPN or ESPN2.
ODU’s final regular season away game of the year is set for Saturday, Nov. 21 at UConn, and will have a 3:30 p.m. start on CBS Sports Network.
The remaining games fall into the traditional 12-day selection process for game times and TV platforms.
